I’ve used Franklin Animal Clinic for over 12 years. They have cared for my cats and dogs over the years, including my border collie who dealt with aggression issues and lived to be 17 years old. Over the years I’ve worked with multiple vets and vet techs, all of which have always been incredible. The front desk and administrative staff are always kind and responsive. We’ve mostly worked with Dr. Jordan since she was able to build a relationship with our Border Collie. They still see our cats and now our 5 month old bundle of energy, who whines when the staff leave the room. 10/10 we will not ever go anywhere else unless it’s during emergency hours.

Zero stars should be an option. Negative would be better!! I chose to come here based on reviews. The amount of regret I have in that choice sitting here now I can't even measure. I am LIVID! I brought my dog in bc she was very clearly not herself and unwell. A quick "exam", they say she's fine, she has fleas, take this medication and go take care of it. Within a few hours of being home the panting is severe, she's shaking so bad she can barely keep on her feet, she's not jumping at all (my kangaroo dog) and crying. So I call them back...oh we're open but the vet is gone, call our vet all the way in franklin. So I do and we chat. After being on hold absurdly long I'm again told its fleas and to give her benadryl. Absolutely not. So I call an urgent vet who says get her in immediately. A REAL exam quickly showed she was in a decent deal of pain and was clearly distressed...to the point of IV pain intervention!!! Thinking back...the "vet" here at franklin animal clinic never even touched a stethoscope or thermometer. I dont know what I paid them for except to waste my time and leave my dog in worsening pain.

Took my nearly 17 yo kitty to Franklin Animal Clinic Greenwood Park. She has lost weight and overall did not look good and was a little dehydrated. She was given fluids, a script and a blood test. She is acting and looking better. Dr Mills never fails to deliver the best care possible. Still waiting on labs for this old girl but she seems to feel better and that's the goal! Thanks Dr Mills!
